What we make
Four things, built to any size you need.
These are the products you can configure and price yourself right now. Pick one, enter your length, depth and height, and the price appears with the drawing. Anything outside these four, message us and we quote it by hand.
Trolleys
Mobile carts for service, transport and prep. Choose the number of tiers, the castor size and whether it has brakes and a push handle.

Yes, we can build it in your size.
Nothing here is a standard catalogue item. You give the millimetres, we cut to them. These are the options the online configurator will let you choose from.
- Stainless grades
- SS304 and SS316 for food and wet areas, SS316L and SS304L for welded lab and cleanroom work, plus SS201, SS409L, SS430, SS439 and SS444 where the budget or the duty calls for it.
- Surface finishes
- The configurator prices two: 2B mill finish, and 4B hairline for kitchen surfaces where fingerprints show. If you need a brushed, polished or near-mirror finish, message us and we quote it by hand.
- Sheet thickness
- 0.9 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm. Heavier tops for chopping and equipment loads, lighter for shelving.
- Legs and frames
- Round pipe from 25.4 mm to 50.8 mm outside diameter, or square hollow section from 25 x 25 mm to 50 x 50 mm, with adjustable bullet feet.
- Castors
- 38 mm up to 150 mm, with or without brakes, for anything that has to move on a wet floor.
- Details
- Turned-down or flat edges, rear upstands, drawers, perforated shelves, corner forms and reinforced frames for heavy duty.

Most fabricators make you send drawings and wait for a quotation. Ours is built the other way round. You set the dimensions, the drawing and the price come out together, and what you saw on screen is what we build.

Top, front, side and 3D views update as you type, with the fabrication dimensions marked so you can confirm it is right.

Add your contact details and the quotation is generated on the spot and emailed to you. It stays valid for 30 days.
- 04We fabricate
Confirm and pay, and we release the CAD drawing and the bill of materials, then cut and weld it in our own factory.
