Ordering & delivery

Everything on this site is made to order. There is no shelf stock, because no two kitchens are the same size. This page explains exactly what happens between entering your dimensions and receiving the goods.

1. Your quotation

• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and are calculated from your dimensions, the stainless grade, the finish and the options you choose.
• A quotation is valid for 30 days from the day it is issued. Stainless steel is a traded commodity, so after that the material rate has to be re-checked.
• The quotation is emailed to the address you enter, and a copy reaches our sales desk at the same time.
• If your design is larger than what we can fabricate from a standard blank, the configurator will say so and pass you to us on WhatsApp instead of quoting a number it cannot stand behind.

2. Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on your quotation page.
• Upload your payment slip on the same page and press Payment Done. That notifies us straight away.
• We check the transfer against our bank record and confirm it. Confirmation is a person looking at it, not an automatic approval.

3. What you receive on confirmation

Once payment is confirmed we email you the official quotation, the CAD drawing as a DXF file, the bill of materials and the full design specification. The drawing is released after payment because it is the fabrication drawing, not a sales illustration.

4. Fabrication

We cut, weld, grind and finish your job ourselves, in our own factory in Senawang, Seremban. We have been fabricating stainless steel there since 1980.

5. Lead time, delivery and warranty

Lead time and delivery depend on the size of the order, the grade and finish you chose, and where it is going. Ask us before you order and we will give you the dates in writing: WhatsApp +60 16-330 2905 or email sales@ssteelproducts.com.

6. Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can. Before we cut material, a change is usually straightforward. Once your sheets are cut to your dimensions they cannot be returned to stock, because they are your sizes and nobody else's. If something needs to change, message us and we will tell you honestly where the job has reached.

7. If something is wrong

If what arrives does not match the drawing you approved, contact us with your quotation number and photographs and we will put it right.
