This site is operated by Kilang Kejenteraan Hup Hing Sdn Bhd (company no. 200401021002), trading as SSteel, of Lot 70A & 70B, Senawang Light Industrial Area, Jalan Andalas 1, Tampin Road, 70450 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

• The design you configure. The product, dimensions, material grade, finish and every option you select.
• Your contact details. Name, company name, email address, contact number, and optionally a delivery address and notes. We ask for these before a price is generated, because a quotation has to be addressed to somebody.
• Payment confirmation. If you pay by bank transfer, the payment slip you upload.
• Basic technical data. Standard web server information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records.

Why we use it

• To calculate your price, produce your drawings and issue your quotation.
• To email that quotation to you and to reply when you ask a question about it.
• To confirm payment and to fabricate and deliver what you ordered.
• To keep our own accounting and tax records, as Malaysian law requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not needed to complete your order.

Where it is kept

Quotation records and uploaded payment slips are stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage, which serves this website. Quotation emails are sent from our own mail server on the ssteelproducts.com domain. Our internal records are held in our own systems in Malaysia.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses cookies that are necessary for pages to work. If we are running advertising, we also use Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies to measure which advertisement brought you here and whether you asked for a quotation. That measurement is aggregated. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

Quotations are kept while they are live and afterwards as part of our commercial records. Accounting records are kept for seven years, as required by Malaysian tax law. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
