Automatic preset costing Calculate directly from designer parameters and BOM

Manual dimension rules below take priority. Cabinet body panels, doors and shelves use 5 ft × 10 ft pro-rata costing; an offcut is credited on an axis only when the remaining stock is at least 15%. The sheet wastage percentage below is then applied. Other sheet components use developed area, while tube/section components use required cut length. Labour is configured separately by component below.

Standard material price library

Enter each stock price once. KSW castors require one unit price for rigid, swivel and brake-swivel at every stocked diameter; the selected arrangement is then totalled automatically.

Component material and labour charges

Set a separate labour charge for every component category. It is multiplied by the actual BOM quantity, such as each tier, drawer or castor. Material fallback is used only when no formula or supported supplier preset matches.

Dimension-based costing rules

Rules are checked in priority order. The first matching rule overrides the component’s fallback unit cost.

Calculation methods: Sheet counts standard sheets in both directions; Linear counts stock lengths; Area uses square metres; Fixed charges one material rate. Optional rule labour is added on top of the component labour per BOM item. Blank or zero maximum means no upper limit.
